Well ..he gets it automatically listed on the NYSE Capital market and gets paid $500k(equity investment into Notes). I knew they were not going to straight up IPO it'..lol. It also pretty much confirms "to me" that RIBS was the target acquirer before such. They reached out apparently. He can sell the wine in his neues...etc...so I get it. VINE was in trouble.
