I have no idea why MK lied about completing the rabbit testing or why he thought he could get away with it. But fact is he lied and lied repeatedly about it, just as he repeatedly lied about RDGL finances and lied about submitting the IDE application before Sept. 21, 2021.
The guy is a confirmed serial liar. Facts are facts.
