You mean the genotoxicity omission FDA flagged what, in March (FDA comments were received prior to April meeting), after MK took over a year to respond to FDA comments received over two years ago? For all we know the genotoxicity omission was flagged from the get-go, and MK resisted and foot dragged, just as he did with the rabbit testing.
In any case, competent management would have had this all wrapped up years ago, yet here we are closing 2023, with no end in sight.
MK is a proven dishonest incompetent. Can't believe anything he says going forward.
