So tell me why would FoxEss keep a partnership going for over 2 years with a company with no revenue, and no money to develop a sales team? (a long term plan in place)
What could SNPW possibly offer FoxEss to keep them as partner now for over 2 years? (Access to US public market).
Why would SNPW have an option for such a large RS? 2,000,000,000 fully diluted divided by 4000 equal 500,000 shares.OS
MY OPINION...
SNPW does a reverse merger with Fox-Ess,
Fox-Ess ends up with a very clean, extreme low OS public company.
Does a private offering, gets back the money what they invested to build EPC (50 million of tax free bonds) and makes 8% on those tax free bonds at NO COST TO THEM..
Giving them a competitive advantage over competitors
- foreign competitors made in the US label, free from tariffs
- domestic competitors cheap and easy access to precious metals though Tsingshan
