Actually you're correct. If Mitch and Frank still hold 275M shares, it would be the height of stupidity to let JPEX go to the EM market.

And that is why I also believe that JPEX will file an Annual Report for 2023 before the 16-month period or the grace period end.

PS. I take it you now believe the EM market is "real"? Wasn't that the point you and Jayman were arguing about?
