#79364 RE: 1jk1 #79363

forgot these updates since insurance wrap and assigned wrap?

here's a huge update below since Nov 2022
Month of February Alabama docs were posted on twitter
they're a joke now.
company is always starting over from scratch after not even leaving the gate

that insurance wrap must look like a dead fish after being in the sun for 12 hours

since the infamous invictus insurance wrap grade announced on Nov 14, 2022:
- Spp's subsidiary lost its Ri transit revenue contract due to termination
- Medrecycler possession was taken by the ceo
- Elba, al property LOI (promoted) expired
- Elba, al property purchased agreement signed (promoted) and expired
- PT. IDN solar tech making Spp solar panels is dead in the water (never happened)
- Spp resorted from have an OEM making its own Spp brand panels to
becoming a reseller as a last resort and used it as an excuse to buy time
before building a solar panel plant and hasn't sold one of panels yet and will never sell one (kazi's opinion)
- Spp's subsidiary lost another revenue contract with Florida transit company
- Spp quarterly revenue went from 30K (still peanuts) in Q3 2022 to ZERO revenue in Q3 2023
- cash equivalents went for $272K in Q3 2022 to $21K in Q3 2023
- accounts receivables went from $7,500in Q3 2022 to $1,650 Q3 2023
- and company suffered an approximate additional 750K+ in operating losses since Nov 2022

how's that infamous invictus insurance wrap grade looking today.
and its in the name of EPC now anyways.
EPC the company with a business registration and a website with one page saying coming soon

good luck with those 10 month old alabama inducements and incentives
that are worth as much as the company's non-glass solar patents after 4 years of promotions and unable to get them U.L. certified (maybe that's some partner's fault too)

hehehehe

my opinions are just that

good luck
