Snow asked me a relevant question the other day - where the money for dividends is coming from. Now, and in the future.

For the dec 22 dividend, most of the $15M that will be paid is coming from asset sales.
For the March (Q1) dividend I expect it to be a mix.
And as of the June (Q2) dividend, I expect sales to be able to fully pay for the dividends.
And we will keep ramping up very fast afterwards :-)
