A Market seller on a wide bid/ask triggered 5 halts to .35

At .35 - Volume came in and more selling started.

at .17 they realize it was not an offering.

The S-8 is associated with the process of granting awards in the form of equity or stock-based compensation to eligible recipients as part of the company's incentive and compensation program.
