Because it says in the filings the split will be Dec 4th or soon after...soon after can be any given time...and Palella seems like the type of MF that might pull such a thing...I am thinking there is a reason he left an opening for the split not to actually take place on the Dec. 4th...TTOO did the same thing which was a rare event...so I am just speculating on a possibility which I understand may not happen at all.

Why? Company sucks, CEO sucks, No business ..why would it run?

I am thinking if it is Monday we will see a filing dropped within the hour finalizing it.
