Tony and I talked about this a couple of years ago iirc. The pasteurization process in particular was a bottleneck. That's one of the reasons they wanted to get the new line up and running at Lena. I don't think it will be the only line going forward but it's a great start and already paying for itself.
I don’t think APRU has control of production. Lena may have but as far as I know they are 2 separate entities with only one legally allowed to conduct business in Illinois.
