I believe the silence of all relevant parties (Yellen, S. Thompson) is strategic to keep the share prices down.



Or the silence simply means they have no intention of releasing FnF. Share prices will not matter concerning dilution.

After 16 years, they have zero care or relevance about the shareprice.> nor do they care about it..

the silence (If at all something is brewing, which i disagree btw) is because anytime someone opens the topic of release, exit, there are enough forces who like it, who dont like, who want to stop it and lobby from all directions, make noise, raise stink, ask them to come before congress etc and derail everything.. That is the reason for silence , if at all secrecy and not becoz of the stupid share price.. No body cares about Share price
