BUT, BUT, BUT there are two sides! Just one is a pack of lies and the other is factual information with documentable evidence that the other was 100% FRAUD.

I do find it odd if the company put out false and misleading PRs to defraud investors, purportedly some of those same investors try very hard to defend the actions of the company.

The PRs didn't say anything about $mONI still had some details to work out like... ACTUALLY ACQUIRING the company.
