I understand that neither, or should I say none, of the three camps are at liberty to discuss the reason for the delay, but the rampant speculation by some or even most of the people put too much spin about the delay. I for one am hoping for a settlement to at long last be rid of this damning litigation. It is the single item weighing down INSM. However, there has been so much false-hoped BS about INSM that it becomes difficult to keep an optimistic view of every little head fake announcement. Don't get me wrong, I have never bashed or otherwise denegrated INSM but if nothing else in this journey I have become skeptical of anything that is not fact!
