"I don't recall any consideration by the IPIX opposition team around the possibility that this may have been an elegant strategic move on Leo's part."

I can't speak for the WHOLE team but in my view sending half of the Company's cash overseas in return for a non-controlling interest in a startup business whose finances they admittedly can't be sure of was something other than an elegant strategic move. It was an inexplicable crapshoot.

I believe there is now some degree of fear about missing out on something that may end well for IPIX shareholders

Always been the case for some shareholders. It’s the reason they’re now trapped in a price range of .0007-.005. In other words, left holding the bag. Another dangling carrot. Same, same, but different.

Simple logic when applied without negative bias toward IPIX should have every investor here feeling optimistic about the alliance between IPIX and BeaMed. When considering what might have motivated BeaMed, a private company founded by two brilliant and highly successful men, to agree to sell a significant portion of their company to IPIX, you can be certain the deal was well thought out by both companies and didn't just come about in a vacuum, or on a whim, or due to a coincidental impulse. We have been informed of what investors needed to be told, but I'm 100% confidant that the big picture of the future of that business alliance is yet to be revealed. And when it is, those who are taking advantage of the current give-away share price of IPIX will be glad they did. And, yes, I believe that time will prove that this was an elegant strategic move on Leo's part.
