Right, so Tad may as well do it now.

He wanted to enact a RS down the line

Anyone who comes into this will absolutely do a RS as soon as feasible.

The share-structure sucks as-is, and everyone can see that and know what's coming.

Tad should rip the band-aid off & take care of business, offering an incoming RM partner a cleaner shell.

Until then, new money will be wary.
