There is no base that you speak of just owners selling stock. They are working the clowns nicely while they raise cash. There is no mining company, just a guy behind his desk with his fingers on the sell trigger. They bought this shell for the slow purpose of raising cash, but right now are getting back their cash they spent on this baton ATM
