I dont See that based on -> Private bitcoin miner Gryphon Digital plans to go public with a merger with publicly traded cannabis company Akerna (KERN) in an all-stock deal.

“All-stock deals can be favorable for the shareholders of target companies if the merger is successful and results in an increase in the value of the acquiring company’s stock.”
