R59- AAOI, I would want to hear more

about how many shares they issue, in addition to cash, to retire the 2024 Bonds. I mean knowing the fully diluted count is important in trying to gauge the stock value. I may stay out of AAOI for a bit after this, as this move doesn't make me happy. I mean I thought AAOI would take the cash from sales of stock in recent $70M offering, and add cash to that, to retire the 2024 Bonds. Now it seems they want another $80M on the balance sheet, and there will be some more dilution to get there. I mainly need to find out how much more dilution at this point.
