Nv. site was down all morning, but back up now. Still no changes since Sept.
They still need to create the Preferred Shares at the state level.
BTW, regarding those shares, it made me remember those provisions for Trillium and Uncle Dickey. Still a little surprised that they are allowing the Full Ratchet clause.
They won't get rid of those 2 (Dickey & Trillium) for a while yet. But a Hat Tip to them for getting it agreed to.
