However, I just don't see this happening without John working with Nate and his expert advisors and Commodities Broker. Taking a link off the NHMD X account is meaningless imho. It gives the appearance to match the 8K that the current transactions are being done independently from JP Energy. Thats cool.
I think when the dust settles more will come out on exactly what happened and the circumstances. I believe this alternative was more cost effective and provides better results.
My gut tells me, based on wheels already in motion and timing, it was necessary to PIVOT quickly!
The 8K states: While the company is still exploring potential pathways forward with JP Energy, the current primary focus is on successfully executing its own commodities contracts and actively seeking additional commodity opportunities.
I do not see anyone throwing anybody under the bus here. If John is gone, he was compensated 100,000 through JP Partners that we know of. I think the door is open for John to re-enter the picture. Maybe just wishful thinking on my part.
BOTTOM LINE: These events can be a win win for the shareholders and company imho! But what do I know.
