That was not nice to disparage me so. Therefore from now on you are to refer to me as “The Barron”. For I am not a fanboy of the “regarded” Wiseman. Rather he together with Carneythomp has led me to places I would not have done due diligence on. Because of those two characters I have put together the only novel legal theory based on many laws on this board. I have laid the arguments and source material bare for all here on this board with eyes to see. Read through my posts for yourself and see that I have made the simple arguments that could nullify the SPSPA completely and end this. But I think it too dangerous in the current regime with the weaponized DOJ, leftist Judges and administrative police state to bring this challenge to court. So I am waiting to see what 2024 brings. Statute of limitations expires 6 years from latest SPSPA amendment. If anyone on this board is more courageous than “The Barron”, then let me know and I will help draft the complaint.
