Not until FINRA gives the ok. They have to give the ok first and then the merger opportunities can proceed.

Unfortunately there still is a hold up with FINRA.

Hahaha...LOOL!!! Oh man. His style? Dude, I've been in real custodianships and reverse mergers before. The timeline is usually around 1 year to get it all done. And now we are going on 2 1/2 years?? Are you frikin serious??

His style is to delay, delay, delay...and kick the can down the road. He let all his tickers sink into the EM. His style.

He hasn't completed one reverse merger on any of his tickers. His style.

He has never brought in a single company with revenue into the OTC. His style.

GS could do the merger before 2024, that is his style, mark my words
