GVSI isn't close to being prepared for a reverse merger. GVSI is still a non-filer with the SEC - so there isn't any real companies that would do a reverse merger to be a OTC company.

Why hasn't Sharp filed a Form 10 since he withdrew the last Form 10 on 11/23/2021 - what is the delay in filing the Form 10?
