It looks like after this transaction, the three of them own 2-3 mil shares each. Does anyone have an idea of how they acquired their other shares? Open market or by other means?
There is nothing to be embarrassed about. They hold shares bottom line. The embarrassment would be if they held no shares at all.

Again, the powers that be are pushing the share price down while they can. Let them. A chance to load up perhaps~? Quite possibly. If they let this run it will be hard for them to stop it. Right now they are trying to bring the share price back down. Criminals at work.
