.....there could be a jury trial.........in Baltimore.........it appears both sides want this to SETTLE the STANDOFF.....................???.......the Deutsche Bank settlement agreement spells out this problem....................???................dunno which side controls the SETTLEMENT trigger..........I say the FDIC.....which is US, lar lar.......so we could easily get, like AN ADDITIONAL $10 per share...........JUST ON THE LIBOR portion of the Receiver's recoveries.....................
