Yes, there are rare earths in coal. There are rare earths in the dirt in your back yard. Rare earths really aren't that rare. A few hundred ppm, not uncommon. But it takes percent-level REE to be economically mined, and preferably 5-10%. Extracting REE from coal is possible, but the cost and the environmental damage.....makes it unfeasible.

The company has never said they have rare earths, so seeing these posts about rare earths is pretty damn comical. And so predictable.
