I believe he is not from his previous posts stating dilution is occurring. But we all know dilution has not occurred since the run began. All it takes is a quick look at the share structure.
Hi ChannelTrader, I currently am not holding anymore shares of DLOC due to the current financing agreement. With that said we know anything can happen on the OTC. All it would take is Berliner to put out successful Data on the Study. If Berliner puts the right news out or gets better financing, then I probably would get back in.
