agreed: there is nothing bearish about this stock.

lower volume in this case simply means that people have a tight grip on their shares. shares are becoming scarce given this small float.

lot of the longer term shareholders are actually accumulating more given its massive potential.

$STAL ~The reason why that chartist has NEVER seen anything like the rise in $STAL is because he has never seen a company with an estimated $8 billion dollars in GOLD, SILVER and LITHIUM under their unbrella that only has a market cap of a few million dollars! The upside potential is astronomical which is why their are so many investors buying and holding LONG TERM for the true market perception and market's value to catch up with the share price for a stock in the precious metals mining industry which is no doubt many multiples higher than a just a penny or two!
