....AGREED, lar lar..........not sure of the timing, the paying agent and how the FDIC will control everything, which it will...................

....as for filings..............we ain't gonna see much............the uwbi BK has to close, the Receiver has to give a termination notice...........and I believe we see money in our brokerage accounts, simultaneously, or even before any news............UBS might want news on the LIBOR settlements............whatever..........

...no news = good news, LAR LAR..........just show us the money...........................

....all of this might end in a whimper.................but $$$$$$ shows up, which is all that matters.........................aimho...............
