I didn't see any tweet from Sharp on GVSI. However, our resident minnow's impotent threats might just land it in a nasty attempted stock manipulation lawsuit.
FACT: Neither the SEC or FINRA have definitive guidelines on what time frame an acquisition MUST be tendered or announced.
No court has an issue with GVSI. Let the minnow "wail" and hand-wring. Just a cheap attempt to flip shares if someone panics.
