That same statement is on every filing with the exception of the annual in 03-22 which it was pending, been a cut n paste operation since the 05 - 2022 filing, if it was still in custodianship and the case was open, would surprise me as we are a "Confirmed Shell" "Transfer Agent Verified" and with a "Verified Profile" not sure we would achieve that if we were still in a Custodianship, thus my email asking Ben directly early on with the same concern you have.... he stated it was closed.

Do not think its a Finra Hold up, JMHO.
