Foxess and GEP have 2 mentions in 10-Q filing.

Foxess hasn't shipped anything to SPPC since 2022. And whatever was shipped hasn't resulted in any sales as far as I can tell from the fins. So Foxess I consider a dead horse. Who cares how many shows Foxess attended in 2023? What does that have to do with SNPW if there are no sales?

GEP will probably turn out similar to Foxess. So maybe SNPW has some GEP solar panels, but so far none has been sold as far as I can tell.

SPPC has entered into an agreement with FoxEss, a global leader in the development of inverter and energy storage solutions as a wholesale distributer for North and South America and Australia. SPPC has also entered into an agreement with a South Asian solar manufacturer to act as an original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) for Sun Pacific solar panels and associated products. We have also signed a two year exclusive sales and distribution agreement with GEP New Energy for their solar panels manufactured in Vietnam.
