Consider this for a moment. We have signed an agreement to produce video programs featuring L.B. and the team doing some kind of turnaround consulting with upstart business ventures. These videos are supposed to be broadcast over the next year or so. Could these recent acquisitions and joint ventures be the companies that will be featured in these upcoming programs. If so, this could be a reasonable explanation for the vagueness and secrecies concerning any progress on these deals that have been signed. It takes time to put a program together and producers try to keep the programs content and progress secret as possible. Still doesn't answer 10-Q concerns.
