Another interesting claim. I can tell you as a shareholder price is the goal and internal equity incentive is in no way going to motivate me as a shareholder, it's all about a return on my investment and the only return is stock price - period.

Share Price has not been the Goal throughout the Development Period. Equity Incentive has the Power to motivate much more.
