So you are saying by next sept? For patent to be in full force( I know it took about 9+ mos. for shmp to receive approval).. hopefully Much Sooner than that…

Patent will most likely be any Tuesday before December. Pricing will constantly go up. Most likely a buyout would take place by a big institution
