The lab alone is worth three bucks a share not including the technology.

First of all, what in the lab besides the technology could possibly be worth $3,000,000,000? That's around 35,000 lbs. of gold. Kim must have solid gold desks and chairs. Does every employee have their own solid gold toilet and wash basin? If the lab is worth that much, I say the hell with spider silk. Just sell everything right now!

Second of all,

We are proud to announce that we are fully integrating key members of Fraser’s spider silk program into our operations. This has given us a tremendous needed boost to our operations as we prepare for the successful relaunch of spider silk production.”

If the lab were worth anything, why did they need a "tremendous boost from a whole new team of scientists"?
Obviously what they have right now can not be commercialized. I'd say that the lab and the technology together at this point is worth right around 3 cents a share. Funny how the market prices things at their actual worth.
