There is nothing wrong with BB’s post.

He said that he “hopes” they get it straightened out soon. He didn’t say they “will” get it straightened out soon.

There is nothing wrong with hoping the two sides can come to an agreement (or compromise) and settle this out of court, instead of paying a ton of attorney fees that could hurt all parties in the long run.
