Just to remind everyone, Nasrat said during a CC in 2021 that his best guess was that the Adderalls were going to bought from Mikah in the summer of 2022.

ALSO, last year Nasrat stated during a CC that the Board made an offer for the Adderalls and he said it was quote "acceptable."

LASTLY, Nasrat stated the Adderalls would have ALREADY been purchased by Elite had Lannett not terminated the agreement. Nasrat decided to go for "a marketing team instead" to market our own products and we needed lots of money upfront to get it up and running.

So I'm calling it right now, Elite will have an agreement to buy the Adderalls from Mikah by the end of this fiscal year.

I HATE dilution, but I also hate the unknown of what he has planned for those extra 400 million + or - shares still sitting in the authorized…… my guess is, at some point he will take those shares in the form of a bonus or option or something… so it might be best if he takes them as payment for his 50% of the Adderall and be done with it, never to ask shareholders for another increase in authorized shares !!!!

If I knew he wouldn’t take those shares for himself in the future, then I would agree that a cash purchase would be best,
