Not sure I understand the question. The reserve was proven during that time. However, as stated by the NI-41, that number will only continue to grow.

And David Hammond made the comments he made nearly 3 years ago. The NI-41 has been updated since then, and there was no financing support from EXIM. Not only that, but advancing thru EXIM. Not to mention Stellantis interest.

Simply lazy and purposefully misleading reporting.
