Exactly. Lawsuits like this are not going to get through the courts quickly... and its going to be expensive. Best case this gets resolved out of court but I really don't see how thats going to happen when there is outright fraud here and Carnes and Co are trying to get away with scamming Tradition and the stockholders. Worst case this entire thing could end up being un-done since the terms of the purchase contract were violated.
