LocWolf, I feel your pain and frustration. I wish I could say something that would make it go away for you but, unfortunately, I cannot offer irrefutable proof to substantiate everything I believe. I am like a detective, gathering evidence and trying to discern which direction this evidence points. I do my best but, in the end, we are going to have to wait for all the facts to emerge. I hope for a good outcome for all HDVY shareholders, long term and short term. I try to stay focused on what we DO know. We DO know that Intel finally settled with HDC. We also know that if $2.25 million accounted for everything HDC is to receive from this settlement, HDC would be shutting down operations, period. But if that were true, it would contradict Mr. Fromholzer's statement in the last 8-K. My friend, in a dearth of public information, we are forced to read between the lines. One consolation for both of us that this misery of not knowing won't last much longer. Soon, we shall all know the truth.
