Good information. But the way I read the definition, a "Going Concern" assumes the bills are getting paid, which the Quarterly Report states they are not. Good discussion!
Dude…. “Going Corcern” is an overall definition and in filings company has to state their outlook about it…. And this crappy pos stock clearly stated that they are not paying any bills and are barely making ends meet… except for scamceo ofc who gets paid from all the donations from future and current shares bagholders of this scam….
