Did you ask Deitsch why he stopped filing with the SEC?

Deitsch is delinquent for the 2022 10-K, the 2023 Q1, Q2 and now Q3 - If things are going so well why isn't he filing any financial information.

But oddly, Deitsch is telling you information that isn't in the public domain - that could be a problem for you.
