(admittedly I stand corrected as currently there is no pending legal actions against Nioturd, however there is a pending investigation taking place initiated by shareholders that as of yet has not been resolved)

As far as EXIM and/or Stellantis, I can see them working with Nioturd if the management is found in violation of securities fraud……..SMFH…………🤪
