If I follow the logic you used re distribution of money from a lawsuit to JPS
It would follow - IMO - 100%

That in normal times ---- since all dividends - all (JPS and common) come from profits and common are "real owners" --- that every time dividend cash is declared and paid out by a BOD or BOT --- it is stealing from common. What nonsense ----- maybe next interest payments on loans is stealing from commons ? pay to workers is stealing from common ?
