No. Today was the deadline for the plaintiffs and defendants to submit their calculations to Lamberth. He still has to decide whose numbers to use and officially enter the judgment. That could take a few weeks.
I can't for the life of me understand why anyone expected a settlement today.
If there is a settlement at all I would expect it to be some time around February or March, once the plaintiffs have appealed and start filing their briefs, letting the defendants know exactly what they stand to lose by continuing to fight.
