Best case scenario, the tweet is sincere and they attempt to cancel additional 600M shares, delaying the merger or any other catalysts for the next 6+ months.
Worst case scenario, Sharp is either pumping or kicking the can down the road because he doesn't have a merger.
The only takeaway from that tweet is that management is either too incompetent to "review the viability" a year ago, when Sharp originally tweeted about additional potential share cancellations, or competent but intent on delaying everything until mid to late 2024.
