Downgrades , Lower estimates, the downward spiral has begun.

Citi isn't the last. Every responsible firm has a negative reaction to the Q-3 earnings, and with Q-4 half over, and STILL no Georgia and Tennessee , I think the Q-4 Earnings will be more of the same.
