You seem to be extremely sensitive to anything positive happening (either now or future) for GVSI. I have never continuously “soft bashed” one of my investments. I may have complained on its progress, but included a caveat of my support.

I have been told that shorting a penny stock is pretty much cost prohibitive, unless you are a really big fat-cat investor or fund.

So continuously posting negatives would only suggest the attempt to get a lower pps to either flip or accumulate. Or perhaps a vengeance play from an investment making it to the very popular “GS Sh*t List

This is 100% accurate and actually in our best interest. If Sharp had identified other shares to cancel, he would have added them as a defendant in this lawsuit. If he has to initiate a brand new lawsuit to cancel the shares, it will take an addition 10 months and doesn't seem worth it.

Which is why you don't see Sharp himself claiming that there will be a second share cancellation, only the pumpers.
