What’s not to love? They are currently listed Dark/Defunct by OTC markets. They waited too long and cut it too close. Incompetence.

Being a public company and looking for investors, filing reports on time shows management is competent and serious about the success of the business.

Being in the grey market at this point is a joke and if they want to be successful moving forward bare minimum is to have their reports in on time PERIOD!
